You can return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery through our at-home pickup service, simply request a pickup here. Please note that a return shipping fee of INR 200 will be deducted from your refund to arrange the pickup. All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery within India takes 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other locations. International shipping is available and takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
